Tran Quoc Hoan Academy is the sole training institution under the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam specializing in the fields of technical sciences and security technology. The university undertakes the following core missions:

• Training high-quality human resources at intermediate, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels in the fields of Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Cryptography Engineering, Public Security Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, and other related technical disciplines.

• Serving as a leading scientific research center of the People’s Public Security force, focusing on Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Electronics Engineering, and Technical Logistics.

• Providing professional training and advanced technical courses for leaders, commanders, and officers of the People’s Public Security.

• Supporting the training of technical and logistics officers for the security forces of fraternal countries such as the Ministry of Public Security of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
